Visa
Visa lets you fund your account quickly and securely with a debit or credit card. Payments are typically processed as soon as authorisation clears; some transactions may require an additional Visa Secure check.
Mastercard
Mastercard deposits are processed online in a few steps. An Identity Check step may apply for extra security. Approved deposits are usually credited to your account immediately.
POLi / PayID
Pay directly from an Australian bank account using PayID or a POLi-enabled transfer. Funds are usually visible on your account within one business day.
Apple Pay
Apple Pay lets you top up quickly from a compatible Apple device. Payments are protected by on-device biometric authentication and are generally processed instantly.
Google Pay
Google Pay allows fast, secure top-ups from a compatible Android device. Once authenticated, funds are usually credited to your account without delay.

Visa
Withdrawals return to the same Visa card used for the matching deposit, where your card issuer supports it. Final crediting depends on your card issuer and usually takes one to five business days.
Mastercard
If you funded your account with Mastercard, withdrawals are typically returned to the same card. Processing time depends on your card issuer and usually falls between one and five business days.
POLi / PayID
Bank withdrawals are sent to the Australian bank account linked to your profile. Most transfers land within one to three business days depending on your bank.
Apple Pay
Where supported, funds are returned to the Apple Pay-linked card. Most requests clear within 24 hours of approval.
Google Pay
Where supported, funds are returned to the Google Pay-linked card. Most requests clear within 24 hours of approval.
